  1. The heating coil of the diathermic furnace adopts advanced horizontal winding technology. The coil turns are closely aligned and support each other. The overall structure is solid and will not deform after long-term use;

  2. Porcelain insulation treatment: The heating coil of the diathermy furnace adopts advanced porcelain insulation treatment technology, which has high insulation strength and can effectively avoid high-voltage ignition of the coil;

  3. The heating coil of the diathermic furnace is wound integrally with oxygen-free copper tubes without segmentation, and all coils are effective coils to maximize electrical efficiency;

  4. Insulating sheets are evenly implanted between the turns of the diathermic furnace heating coil. The arc-shaped insulating sheets between the turns can ensure uniform line spacing and facilitate the discharge of moisture inside the coil;

  5. The main water pipe of the diathermic furnace heating coil adopts dual protection of pressure and temperature to ensure that the water flow and temperature in the pipe meet the design requirements. When water shortage occurs and the water flow is not smooth, the power supply will be protected immediately;

  6. Customized function: Leakage probe: Leakage induction probes are evenly implanted on the inner wall of the diathermic furnace heating coil to more effectively monitor furnace leakage;
