The power and frequency of the furnace equipment meet the user’s requirements for the temperature of the heated workpiece body and the temperature difference between the core and the surface. The sensor has the advantages of reasonable structure, high electrical efficiency, convenient water and electricity installation, and quick and labor-saving replacement of the furnace body. The working process of heat treatment before forging copper bars: manually put the bars into the feeder platform (depending on the diameter of the bars, about 5-20 pcs copper bars can be placed at the same time), and the feed cylinder pushes the bars into the induction heating furnace for heating according to the time setting; when the workpiece on the feeder platform is insufficient, the material is replenished manually in time.
