This technical solution of 10T Parallel Intermediate Frequency Induction Furnace is the parallel-type one-electric two-furnace melting furnace configuration, suitable for smelting steel. The intermediate frequency power supply is configured according to 12-pulse 6000KW/0.25KHZ. The complete set of equipment consists of 7000KVA rectifier transformer,KGPS6000KW/0.25KHZ double rectifier parallel inverter intermediate frequency power supply, two 10t steel shell electric furnace bodies,compensation capacitor bank, hydraulic tilting furnace system, set of water-cooled cable,an electric furnace change switch, closed water cooling system and the dust removal system etc.
Characteristics of parallel medium frequency melting furnace equipment: Parallel type one-electric two-furnace smelting furnace, a single set of equipment uses one intermediate frequency power supply to supply power to one electric furnace (the other one is standby). The power of the intermediate frequency power supply can be adjusted steplessly. The equipment has the following characteristics: The rectifier circuit realizes power adjustment by adjusting the conduction angle of the thyristor. The power factor of the power system is ≥0.9, and the high-order harmonics meet the standards and will not interfere with the power grid. The full load starting success rate reaches 100%. Constant power output. If the grid voltage increases or decreases and the fluctuations are large, the power output can remain constant and full power output can be ensured. The power frequency voltage of the power grid does not need to be compensated. Uninterrupted melting can be held or heated at the exact temperature when needed.
The 10t medium frequency induction furnace system is used for the production of steel. Single set consists of a dual-power variable frequency power supply of no less than 6000KW, two coreless steel shell induction melting electric furnaces, and dust removal and water cooling auxiliary equipment required for the normal operation of the system. One parallel resonant output power supply works with one electric furnace (the other one is on standby). The power cabinet and furnace body use independent closed-circuit circulating water systems and are completed by the user.
