The complete set of equipment includes KGPS350KW/0.2KHZ medium frequency power supply, set of profiling induction heater, set of reactive power compensation capacitor banks, set of far-infrared optical fiber temperature measurement systems, set of temperature closed-loop control system, and linear guide rails for horizontal movement of equipment. Three sets of general aluminum special supporting wheels, one set of inlet and outlet guide device and external control console, etc. This set of equipment is used for online heating of aluminum ingots. The rated power of the equipment is 350KW, the rated frequency is 200HZ, and the online temperature is raised to 80-100°C. For aluminum ingots with a cross-section of 2400 square millimeters, the output per hour is ≥4T, and the power consumption per ton of the equipment is about 50KWh. /t; The overall dimensions of the equipment are 2500×1000×1500mm (or determined according to user requirements), and the center height is 1.2 meters (adjustable). The equipment can only be started after the aluminum ingot enters the furnace body.
